Shipping Policy

Shipping time from our plant in Spokane, Washington is in addition to the actual processing time of 4 to 7 business days.
For U.S. orders, expect delivery in approximately 7-10 business days (including shipping). For Canadian orders expect delivery in 10-20 business days (including 7-12 business days for shipping).
Business cards with custom backsides require an additional 2 days turnaround.


Shipping and Handling
Our standard shipping method is by courier, which takes from 1 to 5 days to arrive at any destination in the continental United States.


Shipping Costs
The flat shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and where it is being shipped to. We use standard shipping rates plus a handling fee.


Returns, Problems and Cancellations Policies



Since personalized printed products cannot be resold, we are unable to offer refunds on those products. However, we may be able to refund, less a restocking charge, purchases of non-personalized products that are returned to us in resalable condition. Please contact our Customer Service department at 509-228-8326 8am and 5pm Pacific time, or email us at sales@presscats.com with your invoice number, full name, phone number, and information regarding the items you wish to return.


If there is a problem with your order that is determined to be our error we will reprint your order at no charge to you.


Problems with orders need to be brought to our attention within 30 days of your receipt of the order, for us to act on resolving the problem.


Unless you contact us immediately after you have processed your shopping cart on our website, we may have already begun to fulfill your order. If we haven't already prepared your order in typesetting, prepared a printing plate, printed or shipped your customized order -- then we may be able to cancel your order. Otherwise there is a $25.00 cancellation fee for any order that has been started in the system.


Contact our Customer Service department immediately at 509-228-8326 between 8am and 5pm Pacific time, and we will be able to advise you of the status of your order, and whether we are able to cancel it without charging you for materials already consumed in the process.
